Speyside property Services are based in the Cairngorm National Park in the highlands of Scotland, We offer a unique service for property owners in Aviemore, Grantown on Spey, Boat Of Garten and the surrounding Strathspey and Badenoch region.

 

We cater for all aspects of essential property maintenance whether your investment is a holiday home, holiday rental, long-term rental, hotel or B&B or a commercial property. Whatever your situation, Speyside property services will have or create a package to suit you.

Holiday home owners typically don’t live near their investment, and as such keeping an eye on the essential things like general maintenance, external wear and tear and even general garden maintenance can be a headache for owners – let Speyside Property Services take the strain and stress out of your holiday property maintenance by offering you a monthly maintenance programme which is tailor-made for you.

There are three different property maintenance packages to choose from:

• Kestrel Package which is your monthly home maintenance plan.
• Osprey package which is our bespoke package which let’s you pick additional services for us to take care of for you and includes 24 hour cover for your holiday home.
• Eagle Package which is specific to ‘holiday rental’ properties and is all about caring for your guests whilst they are staying in your home. This also includes our ‘Guest services’ package which allows you to offer your guests outstanding customer service without any extra work for you. This will result in repeat bookings of your holiday home and fantastic ‘word of mouth’ recommendations.

Packages

Speyside Property Services offer 3 packages to our clients, 2 of which are bespoke and so are very specific to your requirements.

 

All packages include a property initial check, monthly checklist and an annual summary. All packages can be upgraded at any time and any upgrade will be charged accordingly.

Renovations

Our many years of building experience means we can help you with any renovations and re-decoration. If you are looking to renovate your property or add any extensions get in touch and we can help with everything from ideas to building regulations.

 

Many things over time need replacing, bathroom suites, central heating, guttering,electrical fuse boxes and we can oversee any building works.

 

We know the best people in the area for all trades and we never use any company that isn’t known to us. Our high reputation is maintained only by employing the best tradesman for the job.

 

Any major works carried out will be covered by the relevant guarantees.

 

We can also offer a full interiors refurbishment service, taking care of the whole house or just one room from flooring to furniture, using only the finest products available.

Owners Information

If you own a holiday property for your own use, for holiday rentals or even if you own a hotel or commercial property Speyside Property Services are here to ease the burden of property maintenance.

If you are interested in enquiring about our services we will look at your requirements and contact you for a no obligation chat. The next step will be a property survey which we offer at no extra cost to your monthly payment. Our initial check list will then be sent to you along with our letter of recommended package.

Your Monthly Report

As well as the convenience of having your mail forwarded on to you, each month you will receive a report on your property including:

• A completed monthly checklist.
• Any replacements or orders made for your property including invoices (for batteries, bulbs, any fuel etc)
• A report of any comments made in your visitors book, including any breakages or replacements the guest has noticed.
• A summary of any works needed to be carried out, which you can then arrange for us to take care of for you

Eagle Package - a bespoke package which includes a Guest Services package

 

Your payment options are easy, a one off annual charge, or a monthly fee. All prices depend on the maintenance plan required for your property, but as a guide our monthly prices start at only £49.50 per property.

 

Arrangements can be made on the price if you have more than one property in the area.
