Osprey Package

When you upgrade to our ‘Osprey package’, your service then becomes bespoke.

As well as all the services listed in our ‘Kestrel package’ you can pick between three and seven additional services you would like us to carry out from the list below, or if you require something that is not listed here then we can make arrangements to take care of this for you.

• Window cleaning and power washing
• Chimney sweep
• Guttering cleaning and maintenance
• Hot tub drained and cleaned
• Gardening service
• Snow and ice clearing and gritting*
• Drain down of water supplies for properties which will be vacant for more than 4 weeks during the winter period
• PAT electrical testing
• 24 hour help-line available for emergency’s, floods, storm damage, burst pipes etc
• Key holding service available 24 hours
